Pet care experience
I started dog walking/sitting for my community at the age of 12! I’ve had years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and behaviours. Currently working as a veterinary assistant means I can provide the best care for your pet. Additionally, I have significant experience in exotic animals and some large animal experience so I will happily care for all animals. I am well versed in caring for a pets with medical needs (i.e. injections, medication administration, etc.). Last but not least, I live an active lifestyle so if your pet loves to walk or hike, I’m the sitter for you!

Emma was wonderful! So easy to work with, she took great care of my pups while I was away and sent little updates about how they were doing without me asking which was so kind. I felt like I was in safe hands with someone who works in the vet industry. I will definitely be using her services again!
My guy needed a distraction when we were moving and Emma took care of him and pooped him out! Normally he’s very anxious when we’re moving but he happily napped on the back deck for the rest of the afternoon. I had to change the plan a couple of times and Emma was super accommodating.
Can't recommend Emma enough! She will come rain or shine to walk your pups! She is trustworthy, so great with the dogs and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to dogs. Will definitely continue to have Emma walk my pups :)
Emma house sat for my large breed senior dog and my rabbit for two nights. She took great care of my animals and kept me updated with photos while I was away.

A typical day
I am a big hiker so if your pup is up for it I’m happy to take them on long hikes in the bush! We can play fetch, do some stimulating training sessions or even swim in the summer. Whatever your pups needs are, I have you covered!

I am currently working on a modified schedule meaning I have lots of time for your pet! I can house/pet sit at any time in the comfort of your own home. I am also available for dog walks in the evenings:) I can always make ajustements to my work schedule to assure the best care for your pet.
