Pet care experience
- I graduated from the University of Virginia and live in Washington, DC, I grew up with dogs and often watch my friend’s cats - I have been a Rover sitter for over 6 years - I am Safe Sitter certified - I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages - I have watched cats with anxiety and those who aren’t the biggest fans of strangers. I still love them all the same!

Emma was so fantastic - Baxter immediately liked her when she came by for a visit before I left, and she sent so many pictures and videos of his happy self that made me feel so at ease! She even offered to have him spend Christmas Day with her family rather than just checking in on him, and sent pics of both our dogs in their cute sweaters! The next best thing to having him with me for the holidays was knowing he was safe and stress-free with a great sitter! Thank you Emma!

- I do not have any breed preferences - I would like to know the general personality of the dog and/or cat, what he/she likes to do, how often they need to use the restroom and eat, if they like other people/animals - If the dogs need any medicine/special care
A typical day
- If they are parks within walking distance I will take the dog(s) there. - I have lots of experience playing tug-of-war and fetch. - I’ve watched lots of cats, those who love strangers and those who'd rather keep to themselves. Either way I make sure they’re happy and taken care of.

Availability
I will be staying in Old Town Alexandria from December 22nd through December 31st and am available to watch your pets! I have access to a car and a pretty flexible schedule.
