Pet care experience
I have been house sitting and taking care of pets since high school. I love animals and have loved and adored my families two rescue sausage dogs. I have dealt with many feisty creatures and am okay handling the more temperamental pet. I work full time but am flexible, if it means giving your pet the best attention! I live close to many parks and have easy access to beaches, if you have a well trained water dog who needs a good swim! I am up for going on hikes and more high energy activities if your pup needs to get the wiggles out. Of course, if your dog is of the more relaxed nature we can relax and take in a movie instead. I've yet to meet anyone with a more winsome presence with our dog. Though it's been almost a year since Mr. Magoo has been under her care, he still wiggles with raised ears if he happens to catch any sound resembling "Emma." Basically her name has a special fondness in his curious doggie head next to words like "food," "walk," "cookie," "ball," and "hugs." She has become unique to our pup, and that is a quality we look for to calm and distract his sadness when it dawn's on him that his food bowl hasn't made it's way into our luggage. Top notch sitter. Top notch friend.
Emma is a wonderful pet care-giver. She has taken care of our dogs and several other families' pets. She can do a great job coming to your home and staying there so the dogs routine is kept as much like it is when you are home. She also is great about taking the dogs out for walkies. She is a kind-hearted person who values her pets as well as those of others'.
