Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Emma , I am experienced in caring for dogs and cats and would love to help you with any walks, dog/cat boarding or house visits. I grew up with Westies, a Labrador and a dachshund! I also volunteered for The Cinnamon Trust walking dogs for the elderly last year. I have a cat called Stevie who lives with me and my partner. We have a fenced off patio garden and we are a 30 second walk to St Annes Park and walking distance to Netham Park which is perfect for dog walks. Emma is an absolute delight! She came round to my house a few days before the day of sitting to meet myself and buddy, which was so good. It was a bit of a last minute request but She came round to watch buddy for the day and kept him company - he was so chill when we got home. Perfect! Definitely rebooking :)

I have looked after a few dogs that have required different medication and am comfortable ensuring that everything is done at the correct times etc. It is therefore useful to know whether medication or specific dietary requirements are needed. I would also find it useful to know whether your dog is happy around other animals. I have a cat but she is very happy to go exploring if I sit a dog who is not comfortable around them.
A typical day
I love to play with the cats and dogs and go down to the park for a run around! There are lots of trees and other friendly dogs for the to meet. If your dog is timid there are quiet areas of the park and I can also do small walks or sits in the park for senior dogs. St Annes Park, Netham Park, and Conham River are very close to me and a great place to take dogs. Previously for other owners I have gone to Leigh Woods and Clifton Down also.

I work from home a few days a week so I am able to sit with the pet all day and go out for as many walks as is needed as I am so close to the park.
