I worked as a dog Walker for several years so I am very experienced with all dog breeds, sizes and personalities. I believe dogs are individuals and should be treated that way and I work to make sure each dog feels comfortable and happy. For any pooch being away from their family is a big deal, so it’s important to me to ensure they’re having all their needs met and lots of fun too. I’ve also grown up with dogs and I’m currently working towards a dog behaviour qualification. I work from home full time with a flexible job. It’s not the case of the dog just sitting in a room alone. My dog Rupert and I do lots of fun games, activities and mental games throughout the day around my work. I also always get him out multiple times a day for plays in the garden. I’d be able to take your dog out for up to 3 walks a day depending on their energy levels and needs. I have a fenced secure garden, dogs are allowed on the furniture and we have multiple dog beds. I’ve got chews, a toy basket and food games (with your permission of course) to keep the dogs happy and busy. I live 30 seconds from a park and have got fantastic walks on the door step. Dogs love routine so I’d ensure your dog had its routine kept to as close as is at home. Rupert is a 1.5 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is a great companion to our guest dogs. I think dogs settle really well when they can see another relaxed dog in the home environment. I’ve also just adopted a 9 month old rescue, Bingo. He is fantastic with other dogs and is coming on day by day getting used to the world.
