I am very comfortable with any breed/age/size of dog. I have experience with puppies aged 7 weeks and up, and with breeds over 110 lbs. My own dog is a Rottweiler mix, so I doubt yours could intimidate me! I have had animals in my home my entire life, and nothing brings me more joy than spending time with dogs. I cant wait to make your dog a happy pupper! I have spent this past year volunteering for the Guide Dog Foundation, raising a black lab to become a seeing-eye dog. I have learned a lot about communicating with dogs and have developed amateur dog-training skills. I am well equipped to handle dogs with behavioral problems. I have a positive-reinforcement approach to training (I will NEVER be mean to your dog!), which has proved very successful in my experience with GDF. I pride myself in being able to anticipate and animal's needs and wants, in order to be the best caretaker I can be. This job is perfect for me because I love dogs and I can't wait to meet some more! I have lots of energy and passion for this work. Every dog deserves to be happy, healthy, and loved.
