Pet care experience
I have experience in caring for and handling a wide array of animals including livestock, dogs, cats, rabbits, and many animals in between from reptiles to chinchillas. I have my own high-energy dog that I trained in obedience and agility and understand the need for dedication to animals. I comfortable doing house visits, walks and administering medications when necessary. I have tended to a number of senior dogs and puppies, so age is not a problem. I also have basic grooming skills as well.

When doing house visits I follow all directions the owner has left in regard to feeding, where to walk and when. Visits are typically 30 minutes or more, if desired. I am patient and simply love to be around animals. I am not currently accepting other dogs within my home but that may change in the future.

It is important for me to know your dog or other animals temperament and tendencies before hand. With a basic understanding of their personality I can then detect if something seems off. Any medical or behavioral issues should also be made known to keep them happy and healthy.
A typical day
The activities I engage in are determined by the owner's request for their pets needs. Some may need a long walk, while another is fine with quiet company. I have a high energy dog myself so I fully understand that a tired puppy is one that is well behaved.
