Pet care experience
I have been around animals my entire life. My father is a retired veterinarian and I have many years of experience with all types of animals. I believe animals are part of family, and should be treated as family. I am a first grade teacher on the island, and am hoping to supplement my income with pet sitting. I am able to stay right at your house with your furbabies so their routine stays the same. We also have a downstairs apartment we use for when your dogfies visit us. Fully furnished with a TV and CLEAN! We have been dogsitting on the island for two years! Our goal is to provide peace of mind for you and your pet. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends!!

We've been coming to Hiltonhead for 8 summers as a family but this was the 1st time taking our 2 year old new boxer pitt mix. The last week we were here we rented a non pet friendly house so it was important that we find a dog sitter nearby. Finding Emma was truly a blessing for our Houdini. He felt right at home in his comfy, cozy super clean, private dog suite. They showed him so much love and care and sent us ongoing pics and updates. Houdini can be nervous in new settings and with new people but he sensed right away that he was in a safe welcoming space. Knowing that he was having a happy week while we were on vacation made all the difference. I can't wait to be back and I know Houdini is looking forward to his next visit back too.
Emma sent photos during our absence, and I felt Sophie was safe with her, but because of the set-up of having Sophie in a separate apartment, it was not a good fit for our pooch, who thrives on being around people.
