Hi! My name is Emma. I am a full time healthcare consultant working from home in Baltimore. I moved to Baltimore in 2019 to complete my graduate education in public health. I grew up in Vermont surrounded by animals, including a border collie mix and rescue puppy. I have helped with the training of both of these dogs and spent many years taking my dogs and others for walks and runs. My dogs are my best friends and mean the world to me, and I will treat your dog as if he or she were my own. When you leave your dog in my care he/she will receive only the best treatment and you will receive regular updates and pictures of our adventures. I am a runner and love the outdoors and I miss spending time with my dogs. I will give your pet lots of affection and love and as much exercise as they need!

I love dogs of all types, shapes, sizes and colors. The main thing that I will want to know is how your dog generally reacts when passing other dogs in the street or at a park and if they have any past issues with aggression towards people or animals.
A typical day
Your pup and I will adventure to a nearby park or green area. I live near Patterson Park and close to the promenade in Fells and would bring your dog to either place if it isn’t too far! I am happy to walk or run at whatever speed is appropriate for your dog. I will always ask you for recommendations of nearby places to go!

Availability
I work full time but from home, so I can generally be quite flexible with walk schedules and potty needs. Because my schedule sometimes changes week to week with meetings, I tend to like to take recurring gigs that have some flexibility in case meetings are changed last minute (i.e., a 30 minute walk sometime between 12-1:30pm). I’m happy to do early mornings or evenings as well.
