As I grew, my education of all animals has also grown. I am the only trainer within 4 hours who is halfway through my CBATI which is a Certified Behavior and Training Instructor and due to this I am in high demand as a pro trainer. My schedule may say I am open, but please confirm with me! If your dog is walked, boarded, or check in on they will have the kinda of care delivered to my own animals. I have been a service dog trainer for over a decade now, working with those you require a working dog to continue their normal life's. Other species I have trained are birds which are slightly more intelligent than canines. I have also begin clicker training cats for the Monterey County SPCA. I and much more and am educated beyond the typical rover person. My educational degree came from Karen Pryor Academy. I am more than halfway complete on my CBATI-KA (Certified Behavior And Training Instructor the Grisha Stewart Academy, both of the above schools are positive reinforcement training schools. I began as an E-collar trainer and saw the science and results of positive training in my own dogs. I currently am getting my B.S. in Animal Behavior and Health as I work towards my PhD in my journey through the dog degrees (CBATI, IAABC-ADT and so on. With a pack of 4 dogs, positive reinforcement makes our world go round lol. I once was a trainer who used collars, and once my dog froze and refused to move only seeing the item, I knew that this was not training, it was abuse. Now, as a trainer who relies mostly on positive reinforcement, though you will hear me say no at times, you can be assured your dogs are with humans up to date with the science of what works in communication with animals, especially when it comes to our canines! I am an AKC Judge, CGC evaluator, IAABC-ADT, and teacher of classes, certified through CCPDT, IAABC, APDT, IAADP, and more. Your pet(s) are with qualified people here, hence the prices.
