Emma was awesome in taking care of our two kittens, Charcoal & Ashes. She was great to meet with me beforehand to get a lay of the land and get acquainted with the cats. I got all my updates via the app (we were gone for a long time and over the holidays!) and Emma was so specific and abundant with her notes. I appreciated it so much and didn't stress once. She also gave us a lot of notice when items like their dry food was about to run out and offered to go buy a new bag just in case. She also was extremely responsive when making our reservation and worked out a lot of bugs we experienced with the app by connecting with the Rover Support Staff. She is the best and I know our cats absolutely loved being with her and cared for by her. We definitely hope Emma can care for them again on our next trip.

Emma has been my best friend for 12 years and since the day I met her, it was very clear dogs have and always will be in her life. She is a dog lover to her core (though all dogs are technically equal to her, she likes beagles especially!) and truly understands what different dogs need whether it's care, energy, love, empathy and more. Her own childhood dog, Riley (you guessed it, a beagle!), sadly dealt with several health issues at the end of her life and Emma was extremely loving, attentive to and patient with Riley's needs. With that kind of elder dog care experience, Emma can certainly be trusted with your loyal companions of a certain age and any unique needs they may have, and in the same way, she is actively involved in helping her friends care for their younger pups whether it be through dog-sitting, walking, feeding, playtime, etc. She is a positive & playful energy around dogs always encouraging them to be their truest weird dog selves :)
