I grew up with family dogs and at 18, I got a miniature Aussie of my own. I grew up always going to take care of my family and friends dogs (among horses and cats). I love playing with dogs and just giving them love

When entering, I always let the animal smell me the first couple of meetings (or until they are used to me). When spending time with them I make sure to get them lots of love. If it is raining I always wipe their paws, as that is what I grew up being taught. I always make sure they get play time and I love to send the owners pictures of their babies as updates, everyone’s day gets so much better when they get to see their animal

A typical day
I love to exercise so I would take them on walk, play with them, throw their ball, etc. I just want the animals to have fun!

I work part time for the Sam Houston Athletic Department as a sports reporter and photographer. For school, I am currently all online which makes me available whenever!
