Pet care experience
I have 15+ years of experience pet-sitting for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I'm a lover of all dogs (I've got a soft spot for bully breeds!) and pride myself on providing excellent care for my clients. I am very passionate about dogs and think that each of them deserves to be cared for as an individual. I have worked with everything from hyper-submissive to aggressive behaviors, and have recently been working with a client's dog who is fearful of just about everything. My strategy is to build trust with dogs and take into account their individual behaviors and needs in order to create a positive canine care experience for all!

Emma has pet sat for us many times over the years, and having her with our pets gives us peace of mind. She’s used to managing several dogs at once and has no trouble dealing with meds, anxious animals, or other fun complicated stuff. Her dog, Tulip, is adorable and gets along with great with every dog I’ve seen her with, so if you’re looking for an optional playmate for your dog, this is the right fit. There’s frankly no one else I’d trust more with my pets and home while we’re away.

My partner and I have one dog named Tulip who is a pit-boxer mix and LOVES dog friends! We have a chain link fenced-in back yard and live a block away from a park with a lovely walking path. I am happy to take your pet on walks each day, play in the house and back yard, and snuggle up on the couch! I have experience caring for disabled and elderly dogs (we lost two of our babies this year 😔) and can alter our routine to provide the absolute best care possible for your pet!

Availability
I am a full-time student at MSU with classes Monday through Thursday. Barring the odd weekend, I am generally free Friday through Sunday. My class schedule allows me to come home in between classes and care for my own dog, and yours if they’re staying with me! :)
