Ready to love your pets like my own

Pet care experience

I am a dog lover who has your dog's best interests at heart and who will treat them like my own. I would love to wear your pup out so they can get a good night sleep and keep them company of they get lonely. If anything were to go wrong or look a bit fishy I would make sure to notify you ASAP to make sure your dog is as happy and healthy as possible. I am available almost everyday of the week to come over to let your dog out or to feed and walk the pooch. Whatever you need to be done and aren't able to do, because of a time crunch or any reason, I will do my best to make myself available for your dog(s). I want to make sure your dog(s) are as calm and comfortable as possible. I also want to make sure your pooch is safe and has someone to keep them company when you are busy. I have a 3 year old Blue Heeler named Kiwi who loves to play with frisbee's all day. She is currently living in Austin with family. I have dogsitted for coworkers that have gone on long trips. I recently worked at Barking Hound Village at Barton Springs and Lamar. Why I love dog sitting My family got our first dog (that I remember) when I was about 5 years old and ever since then I have been in love with almost every dog I meet. The dog we got was named Sushi and she was a small blue heeler like we have now. We got a miniature rat terrier named Nori when I was about 10 years old, and another rat terrier named Olive a few years later. With three dogs in the house I was never bored growing up. When I was about 15 my uncle was about to get married to a woman who is allergic to dogs so we got his blue heeler named Long Spot, who my mom quickly renamed Boo Boo. I have been around dogs all my life and love them to pieces. My experience administering medication Yes, I worked as a kennel technician and had to do so frequently. As long as I am shown how it is usually done by the owner if the administering process is difficult.

This was our first experience with in-home boarding, and specifically with Rover.com. Normally, when Calvin is boarded at the kennel or the vet, he won't eat much, has lower GI issues (both related to separation anxiety), and appears catatonic for a couple of days after we get home. When we returned home, yesterday, Calvin was excited to see us, but it was OBVIOUS that he was his normal, happy self, and that he had been well cared for. My daughter also has a pair of pet rats, and Emma was gracious enough to take care of them, as well. We would definitely recommend Emma, and consider her for future vacations!

Emma was flexible and took really good care of our dog Deigo while we were away. She stayed in touch with updates. Diego seemed really relaxed and not stressed when we got home which said it all.
