Mooney ist immer noch sehr ängstlich und es hilft ihr nichts mehr als wenn jemand einfühlsam und zärtlich mit ihr umgeht. Emma ist da genau die richtige Person! Darüber hinaus hat sie auch noch Hundeerfahrung und zu Hause in Italien auch ihren eigenen Hund. Die Kommunkation hat sehr gut funktioniert. Emma antwortet schnell und hat nachdem sie zunächst keine Zeit hatte - sie nochmal gemeldet als es dann doch ging - das war top. Das Kennenlernen haben wir sehr gut gestaltet, was wichtig war denn es war dann gleich Mooneys erste Nacht ohne mich. Emma hat uns beim Einkaufen getroffen und konnte Mooney auch gleich 'trösten' als ich drin war. Dann haben wir noch ein bißchen bei Emma in der Wohnung geschnackt, während Mooney sich aklimatisiert hat. Ich finde Emma super sympathisch und ich merke ihr an, dass sie wirklich Lust hast, mit dem Hund Zeit zu verbringen. Ich bin jetzt sehr erleichtert, Emma gefunden zu haben und blicke den nächsten Jobtagesreisen entspannter entgegen.

Very competent and professional, but most of all, affectionate, she immediately became attached to my dog, and when I went to pick her up, my dog did not want to leave. Emma is a responsible person and really kind-hearted and you can see that she does this job with passion and love for animals, having fun! Every day she updated me on the situation with photos and messages, also of their nice walks and visits to the nearby parks. She is careful about the food, medicines and the training, in accordance with my indications. This made me very happy. I highly recommend her!
