Pet care experience
Background: I care for animals monthly and grew up with dogs. I have 10+ years of experience with children, and I know how to treat others' loved ones and their spaces with care. How I care for animals is how I treat my work: with compassion, attention to detail, and integrity. House Sitting: I have several years of experience in the hospitality industry, and I was an RA in college. These experiences have prepared me for how to look after and care for spaces and their inhabitants. Dog walking: A couple of mile runs, a 20-minute walk, or long stints at the dog park, I can do it all. In addition, I can help teach your dog to heel when we walk. I know how to set boundaries (and give lots of praise!) to keep up their good habits. Available weekday walking times: before 8:15 am, during 11:30-1:00 pm and after 5:00 pm Weekends: anytime

Emma was amazing with my cats. She went above and beyond - even winning over my timid (often misunderstood) girl kitty and going out to buy a variety of wet food/doing whatever it took when my boy kitty went on hunger strike because he missed us. The house was cleaner than we’d left it and everyone was calm and happy when we returned. I highly recommend her!
Emma was so amazing! She took extra great care of my doggies. I will definitely have Emma be our first choice of dog sitters going forward. She took realy great care of my senior dog and young dog. She sent wonderful pics of them having a great time! Also my house was cleaner when I got home then when I left it. Thank you so much for everything Emma!
Emma was very responsive and helped us out a bunch over the weekend watching Clyde and Fiona. We loved all the pictures and will definitely be using Emma again in the future.

A typical day
I love talking dogs on longer walks around trails and parks. Crown Hill and Sloan’s Lake are a few of my favorites. I’m highly mindful of what is best for the dog. If they are shy and still learning socializing I will take them to a less populated trail. If they love seeing other dogs Berkeley dog park is a great place for socialization!
