We are experienced pet sitters who have cared for dogs and cats across the world thanks to our flexible work. Our portfolio spans multiple countries, including the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. One of our main areas of expertise lies in specialized care for senior dogs and those with special needs, such as deaf or visually impaired animals, some as old as 17 or 18 years. We also have experience in training puppies, drawing from our own experiences as pet owners. This includes nurturing them and guiding their behaviour. We genuinely enjoy meeting new people and their pets, and we prioritize connecting with owners before taking on pet care responsibilities. This allows us to understand their pets' needs better and ensure we can provide the best possible care. Emma and Matt are such a lovely couple who took great care of Tom our Ragdoll cat. Emma and Matt are great communicators. We were kept up to date with messages and videos of Tom. The videos showed one very happy and content boy. Tom really took to both Emma and Matt which was very comforting….we actually wondered if he missed us. Our house was well looked after and on their departure it was left just how we like. I would highly recommend Emma and Matt and we would definitely use them again if they were in Australia.
Emma & Matt looked after our two dogs for us for a week in December. They were so lovely! The dogs were very happy, we had regular pictures and updates and know they were very well looked-after. Their communication was great throughout and they left our house beautifully. Thank you Emma & Matt, we would love to have you back!
Emma & Matt were just fabulous. They were very attentive and ensured that all logistics were sorted. We so appreciated their attention to detail and careful consideration of our puppies and the house. They took such good care of Pumpkin and Penny, we would have them back to sit for us anytime.

Our priority is ensuring that every pet in our care receives tailored activities suitable for their age, energy level, and individual preferences. For dogs who enjoy adventures, we love going on walks and hikes, providing lots of opportunities for exploration and stimulation. Interactive play sessions are also a favourite, with plenty of toys and games to keep tails wagging and minds engaged. For senior pups, cats, or dogs who aren't as active, we are just as happy to stay at home and keep them company, or take shorter, more leisurely strolls with dogs. Every pet is unique, and we're dedicated to providing activities that cater to their specific needs. Special note: We understand that the needs of senior pets may differ from those of younger ones. Rest assured, we customize our activities to ensure our elder friends are comfortable and content, with gentler exercises and plenty of rest breaks as needed.

As self-employed individuals who work remotely, we have the flexibility to accommodate pet care within our daily and weekly routines. This means we can be available for daytime, evening, and weekend sits with sufficient notice.
