Pet care experience
While living overseas, I was hired to care for people's animals and I treated them as if they were my own. I built relationships with not only the pets but the clients too, so they could leave their pets with me and not have any worries while they were away. I'm hoping I can continue to do the same here in Vernon. I currently work at a veterinary clinic and it seems I can't get enough of my required daily pet cuddles in, so I am offering my care services to anyone who is looking for a reliable, safe individual to look after their pet. I have valuable experience caring for dogs (including pups and seniors), cats, and a bit of experience with horses. I am open to caring for other wee critters too. Just ask!

Therefore, I usually ask for information regarding your animals routine, likes/dislikes and any rules you have in your household, which I follow strictly. As a pet owner myself, I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your pet in the hands of someone else, that's why I like to give daily updates to the owners, via pictures or messages. If it's a walk you require, I will inform you of the route we will be taking, how long we will be and our eta for returning.

I am an advocate for animal enrichment. So I can guarantee your pet has a day full of games, exercise and cuddles. Even if it's just a drop in visit. I will make sure your pet has a run around and play before I leave.

Availability
For dog walking: Monday - after 5pm Tuesday - after 5pm Wednesday - after 5pm Thursday - after 5pm Friday - after 5pm Saturday - after 1pm Sunday - anytime. In home care/pet sitting: If you are looking for overnight care, I can do this any time at all. I do work during the day. However, I have hour long lunch breaks that will allow me to pop in between 12-1pm to let your pet out for a potty break and have some run around time or I can take them for a short walk. This is dependent on your location and if I already have other lunch time drop ins comfirmed. If it happens that your pet is with me on my days off, it will be a day full of adventure, cuddles and play. Drop-in: send me a message and we can work out a time!
