Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Emma and ever since I can remember I have always been around and loved animals (especially dogs!) I grew up with a Labrador and Golden Retriever and miss them a lot. I used to dog walk in college and dog sit at other people's homes whilst they were on vacation. I enjoy getting out and exercising and understand the importance of letting a dog out to explore and get some fresh air. I am a lover of all types of dogs - shy, loud, big, small, lazy or active! I live right next to Mount Royal park so I can take many breaks throughout the day to walk your dog in the park. I can't wait to meet your furry friend one day :)

Emma truly loves animals... especially dogs! She is very caring and loving to all dogs. Having grown up with dogs of her own, Emma is very natural and comfortable around her special friends and knows instinctually how to make them happy. I would highly recommend Emma for any and all dog caregiving.
Emma has been a loving and responsible dog owner since she was 8 years old. With almost 12 years of Golden Retriever and Labrador ownership under her belt, she is certainly experienced enough for a caregiver position. Experience aside, I have never seen Emma happier than when a dog is around. She would never allow any harm to come to a dog, and always ensures that dogs under her care are happy and entertained, although sometimes I'm unsure of who's more entertained Emma, or the dogs. I assure you your dog(s) are in safe hands with Emma. PS she has a literal obsession with Corgis.
Emma has always been a lover of all kinds of dogs, and enjoys their company. She has taken care of my uncle and aunt's beagle and golden retriever multiple times. She is very responsible, trustworthy, and they never have to worry when leaving their pets alone with her. She is very affectionate and loving towards all animals, especially dogs. I would recommend Emma to dogsit for anyone, knowing she would treat them as if they were her own.

A typical day
For dogs that are high energy and active, I would take them to Boston Common where they could run around and explore with other dogs. For more shy and less active dogs, I'd take them on a quiet walk down a not so busy street. Dogs can expect a lot of cuddles and belly rubs from me! I also have some roommates who adore dogs and all pets can expect a lot of extra love from them too!
