Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life (you’ll see my doggo, Finch, in the photos), and I’ve recently been hanging out with cats too! I love all animals (I used to have hamsters, rats, geckos, etc.), but I have a special place in my heart for doggos. I specialize in dog training, as I trained my medical alert service dog. I’d be happy to work with your doggo on socialization, basic obedience, or task training! I also love senior dogs, and I’m happy to care for special needs.

Emma is the kindest and most caring person I have ever met. She is responsible, conscientious, and absolutely loves dogs. She has cared for my elderly dog many times as well as our friend's young puppy, so she's experienced and knows how to handle all types and ages. Never running out of energy and very athletic, she'd be the perfect companion to not only care for your dog, but keep them active and playful.

I live in an apartment with my 6y/o cattle dog mix, and we are just a couple blocks away from a park! My apartment building is very dog-friendly, so your pupper will have lots of friends to play with if that’s their thing. If they prefer to keep to themselves, my dog is good at giving respectful distance.

For daycare and boarding, I prefer small dogs and/or low shedding dogs. This is just a preference, not a dealbreaker :) The doggos must be house trained, including potty trained and minimal chewing.
A typical day
For daycare or boarding, your doggo can come hang out with me and my little cattle dog mix, Finch! I take the doggos outside every hour or so, and there is a small park a couple blocks away where dogs play throughout the day! Finch and I love to take long walks around Wash Park and go to the Cherry Creek Off Leash Area. If your dog likes dog parks, I’m happy to take them!

I’m currently working part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I am available most evenings (including Tue/Thrs), as well as certain weekends.
