Emma is a stellar pet sitter from what I've come to find. As someone who has to leave on work trips several times a year, I can't always bring my doggies with me (even though I really really want to) and Emma has come in clutch more times than I can count. She walks my babies every day that they're in her care, takes extra time to brush out their fur, and of course gives them their meals on time. She remembers to bring their favorite toys to the park, keeps a careful eye out when they're playing with other dogs and always brings them back to me in great shape. When I have to be out of town for an extended period of time she also sends me pictures and texts me updates on how they're doing so I know they're okay :') At least that helps me feel not so left out (lol)
