Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs all my life and have helped care for our family's pups as well as those of relatives and friends when needed. I love animals and I feel as if I am fairly intuitive with their needs. I am also able to administer medications and other treatments to your pets, as we used to have a collie with diabetes as well as other illnesses and I helped care for her often.

My daughter Emma has always had a way with animals since she was little, especially with our dogs Cloe and Taffy. Although Cloe passed away some time ago, She is good at feeding Taffy and making sure she goes outside when she needs to, as well as taking her on occasional short walks and playing with her in the house and in the yard. However now that She is getting older and her health is declining, Emma has been more of a companion than a playmate to her, which I can tell they both enjoy.

I'd like to know if they have any medical problems or history of injuries. I'm not afraid to take care of medications and treatments if it's needed, but I would prefer to know ahead of time so I can do a little research on their condition so that I better understand what I'm doing. On a happier note I'd also like to know how active they are and some of their favorite activities so that they have as much fun as they can with me.
A typical day
I think parks are great for walks if there is one nearby, otherwise I'm happy to walk/run (depending on their pace) with your dogs around your neighborhood. I love playing with pups that are more active, however for the more laid back ones I'm happy to just be a companion while you're away. ***If you would rather I stay in your home when dog sitting over a span of days I can, or I can just check in on a schedule we agree upon, it's really whatever you're more comfortable with.
