Pet care experience
My family has had dogs since I was baby and have always loved them. Since I was in middle school I have been helping take care of my family dogs and in 2015 I got a dog of my own! I recently moved to Utah and since my dog has anxiety issues I felt it was best to leave her with my mom in New Jersey. Since moving to Utah, I adopted a cat in May 2022 who gets along great with other pets. My cat was getting lonely so i’m January 2023 I got him a sister! I also took on a dog sitting job for my apartment neighbors whenever they go away. I live with my boyfriend and we work opposite schedules so someone will be home 22/24 hours per day. Between me and my boyfriend, someone is in our apartment 22/24 hours out of the day. We have almost full availability to take dogs out to go to the bathroom and can feed them at almost anytime. Dogs staying in my home will be free to go on furniture and the beds. If needed they can be locked up and kept in one room (our guest room). We have a dog park dogs can play in as well.

Emma and John did a great job taking care of Sarge while we were away. He’s old and they took care of of his needs. We felt like he was in good hands while we were gone.
I can’t say enough about these guys! They were mapped the completely wrong direction to my house but never complained and even showed up right in time to care of my dogs when my apartment building was evacuating for a fire. They took care of my dogs and walked them away from the scene to calm them down as they were raddled and were great at keeping me updated. They were fantastic and I would absolutely use them again in the future!

I do not have a yard but my apartment complex has a fenced in dog park so your dog will have space to run around. If they don’t get along with other dogs we will be sure to take them on extra walks to get some outdoor time. We have an extra bedroom and bathroom if the pet needs space to themselves away from my cats as well.

A typical day
Going for walks is my favorite activity when i’m dog sitting! My boyfriend prefers playing with their favorite toys with them to tire them out :)

Availability
I work 4am-3pm 4 days per week and my boyfriend works 5pm-10pm 4/5 days per week. Between the two of us someone is home almost 24 hours per day with full availability to feed / walk pets. On the days we have off we are homebodies and hang around the house so your pet will get plenty of love and attention!
