Emma did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and cat while we were away. She sent lots of photos of our dog and she looked like she was living her best life! Our dog is a master at learning new tricks and Emma taught her a new one, too. The house was spotless when we got home and she even washed the bed sheets. She was also very quick to respond to messages both during the booking process and while we were away. We highly recommend her!

We contacted Emma based on her reviews, and she walked our dog four times recently. She deserves five stars for professionalism alone, but as a HUGE bonus, she is also super experienced, intuitive, and knowledgeable about dogs. My dog, adopted 3 months ago, is jolly and fun and smart, but can also be a bit skittish, growly, and territorial, so honestly I was stressed out about hiring a dog walker (what if he was rude to her and couldn't calm down, caused a problem on a walk...). It is truly great comfort knowing that Emma is such a pro with dogs, and her approach of patience and positive reinforcement is awesome. She is very attuned to nuances in behavior, and in just a handful of brief conversations with her, I've picked up insights about dog body language, managing reactivity in positive ways, and more. And my dog warmed up to her faster than just about anyone. We will absolutely be hiring Emma next time we need dog walking assistance! Can't recommend highly enough.
