Pet care experience
I've taken care of cats since I was very young and dogs since I was 10 years old, both in my own home and for friends and family. I've had three cats and two labradors in total growing up and currently have a year old pit bull. From 2016 to 2018 I worked as a volunteer at the animal foundation and NVSPCA, walking small and large dogs and handling cats, so I know how to handle various animals. As far as special skills go, I can work with specialty diets and oral medication since, as my pets got older, they required more care. I am also very active and will gladly take dogs for walks and runs. Playing in the backyard or home is great too. Every stay will be customized to what your pet(s) need.

Emma has always been good with our dogs. When needed her to feed and walk the dogs when we were out of town, she was always on time, and our fur babies were very happy when we got home. As if we had never left.
I left my dogs in her care several times, and I would do it again as she cares very much for them. Nothing matters more than to know my four legged babies are in good hands while I’m gone. I trust her with their welfare especially since my dogs are very old and require specific attention. She is kind, patient, and trustworthy.
Emma is the SWEETEST pet person I know! My dogs and cats have absolutely loved her since the day they met her 8 years ago. Her pets are extremely well taken care of - they get walks every day, good food, and all the love they could ask for. If you're deciding if you should trust your little one to her, you won't regret the decision! They'll love her instantly.
Emma is one of my close friends who is a loving person and very responsible. She has dog sat all of my dogs when my family is out of town every time. She is great with dogs of all sizes and ages from a mastiff to a mini schnauzer. She is extremely organized and has amazing time management when it comes to work and life in general. Emma has one of the biggest hearts out there when it comes to animals and people alike, especially dogs. I highly recommend Emma as a dog caregiver.

Before pet sitting, I would like to know a dogs toilet habits and personality. Are they potty trained or have a certain potty schedule? Do they like to play? Do they like contact or not? Just so I know ahead of time how to act in front of the dog and some basic habits and routines.

I am happy to walk and play with any dog or cat and love the outdoors in most any weather! I want to interact with your animals and provide the best care they need to ensure the best experience.

Availability
I am a full-time student at UNR but have full-day availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I can work after 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and times can be negotiated as needed. I am fairly flexible.
