My name is Emma, I'm an LA native with 15 years of pet and housesitting experience. I'm currently available for boarding, house-stays, and drop-ins. I am experienced with all types of animals- dogs/cats, reptiles, and farm animals! Aside from my pet sitting experience, I worked in an exotic pet store for 2 years handling birds, reptiles, fish, and small mammals. I am knowledgeable in animal nutrition and behavior, and am comfortable with special needs pets as well. Pet owners have trusted me with both drop in's, boarding, and in-house stays. I have many repeat clients, and I pride myself in my cleanliness, reliability, and communicativeness. During the day I work part time managing an office, and am pursuing a Masters in psychology.

Emma has been taking care of our home when we’re traveling for many years. She takes excellent care of everything, including living plants, collecting mail, making sure we have nothing to worry about. When we had pets she was so wonderful they barely missed us. She is absolutely trustworthy, completely reliable, easy to communicate with, and best of all- thinks on her feet!
Emma was such a great sitter for our pets! She was able to take care of our three dogs, three cats, two pigs and our giant tortoise all at once. They were always well taken care of and happy.

I live with my partner and one friendly cat, so having a dog around is a joy! Visiting dogs have access to my outdoor patio, and are taken outside every few hours. My home is clean, smoke free, and quiet. I keep few visitors, and I only board dogs from one family at a time for everyone’s safety. I have years of experience doing in home stays, and take the responsibility of caring for one’s home and pets very seriously. You can expect to return to a clean and happy home.

Availability
During the summers I work part time and dedicate the rest of my time to pet care and personal projects. I have a few long term clients that i work for during the week, so pet care is a perfect side gig for me! While dog boarding, I’m not gone from the house for more than 6 hours.
