Pet care experience
I love dogs, having been surrounded by them from a young age. We had a family pet golden retriever and I have had experience helping to take care of and train hearing dogs for deaf people.

Saffy is always a little anxious when she is somewhere new but Emma (and Helen) were so kind and attentive and soon put her at ease. We were sent photo updates of how Saffy was getting along (very much appreciated!) and Emma entertained her with walks and playing with her ball - her two favourite things! Thank you so much, Emma.

A typical day
Your dog will enjoy plenty of time playing in the garden as well as finding lots of new smells around the village. We will play plenty of games as well as having some relaxed time indoors.

Availability
I am currently a student so have plenty of time during academic holidays to take care of some furry friends. I am available most days whilst studying at home. My mother, Helen Hartley is also home and available for most of the day so will be able to help care for your dog. She has lots of experience volunteering for Hearing Dogs Trust UK.
