Pet care experience
I am a 20 year old female college student at Hofstra. I am currently living in Uniondale. Throughout my life, I have had and cared for 3 horses, 5 dogs, 6 cats and many fish and reptiles. I am incredibly organized and have years of dog sitting and work experience. For 3 years in high school I volunteered with the Golden Paw Society. Through this volunteer work I went to PetSmart once a week to feed, care for and play with the cats that Golden Paw had for adoptions within the store. I work part time for my parents but their office is in Smithtown (Suffolk county) so I am looking for an enjoyable part time job near where I live now that will allow flexible travel hours so I am able to attend school and complete my course work.

Emma has had a love for animals from the day we met. Since I can remember Emma has been surrounded by animals; small and large dogs, cats, and horses. Not only has she cared and watched over family and friend's pets, but also my two cats included. She would come twice a day to care for their daily needs including feeding them, emptying the liter box and playing with them. I always come back to happy and healthy well taken care of cats. She is very reliable and it shows how much care and love she has for these pets. Besides my own experience, she has cared for senior animals, performed volunteer services and has experience giving animals medicine. She would be a great fit to be a dog/cat sitter!
Emma has been a pet lover and owner her whole life, and works very hard to keep her animals happy and make them feel loved. I currently live with her and her cat of 4 years, and I’ve never seen someone take better care of an animal. She dedicates herself and gives time to her pet, which explains the enormous bond they have. I believe that emma would be a model dog caregiver.
