Pet care experience
I have looked after my friends dogs numerous times- walked them and also dog sat for them. I have my own dog aswell so walk, feed, and spend my time with him on a day to day basis. I also have spent a lot of time helping look after and train hearing dogs as my grandmother does this for her job so I am even able to help train peoples dogs if they wish. My main focus is on ensuring the dogs happiness, I want them to have fun on their walks, enjoy their daily visits and over night stays. What I think makes me different to other sitters is that I always treat someone else’s dog like my own. I have so much love to give these animals no matter the size or breed.

Emma was super efficient and professional to deal with and kind and caring when it came to looking after our pup Milo - even saving his puppy tooth which came out so the girls could see it. We would have no hesitation booking Emma again!
Emma has always been great with all my pets, my 2 cats and 2 dogs, one of which went blind and Emma helped her transition and adjust to walks. She also now has a Labrador named simba of her own who she takes full responsibility of when home from university. Would definitely recommend Emma!!
Emma has looked after our Working Lab Simba for over 3 years and she has been fantastic with him. She helps with training, walks him most days and generally helps around the house with Simba. He absolutly adores Emma. She has also helped look after and walked her friends dogs on a number of occasions, so she is very used to looking after different types of dogs. Her granny has socialised hearing dog puppies for well over 10 years and Emma has regularly helped her grandmother on many occassions.
Emma is a very trustworthy person who loves animals. She is always keen to walk our dog. She is often asked by parents of her friends to either dog walk or dog sit their dogs when they go on holiday. Her grandmother trains hearing dogs and Emma used to spend much of her school Holiday helping her out. She is a very caring individual and very affectionate with dogs. She is also very responsible.

I will make sure I always have sight of the dog, and will ensure that nothing that can harm then is in sight. I will make sure they’re water is always full, they are always near my side and ensure that they are in a safe space when walking them. I will send photos and videos to owners if they wish to show their dog playing, eating, walking and so on. My main focus is on the dogs happiness, I will always ensure they are feeling like they’re in a safe environment and that they can trust me.

A typical day
I will play games with them in drop in visits if they have toys. I will let them have a run in the garden to get their body moving. On walks I will let them sniff and have fun whilst ensuring they are close to my side.
