I am currently working as a dog walker in Maidstone where I have 4 regular dogs I walk and am looking to expand my client base. I have also done a number of dog sits and drop in visits for a range of clients. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, both rescues from Serbia. I have been doing dog walking for friends and family since I was a teenager but I got the opportunity to work with dogs more as an adult when I got involved with the charity that rescued my own dogs. I went out to Serbia on 3 occasions with the charity to help out at a dog shelter there which is home to 100s of dogs. I have also done fostering through this same charity. Through all of these experiences I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of dogs so I feel confident handling dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. I currently also volunteer one day a week at an animal sanctuary which is home to farm animals, dogs, cats, small mammals and much more! I have volunteered there for 2 years and made my way up to a head volunteer role where I am in charge of other volunteers as well as all 300 animals. This has given me great experience in dealing with all kinds of animals.
