Pet care experience
I have experience raising and training puppies, I have experience catering to older animal needs. I am very strong so can carry large dogs if needed. I am capable of handling reactive or shy dogs as I’ve spent many years working with reactive dogs. I’ve watched all sorts of different animals over the years and I’m quite comfortable even with difficult animals. I’ve worked as a vet assistant so I am experienced with various care practices, I can administer meds however necessary, orally or with needles.

I care for pets based on the individual. I will stick to that animal’s routine so they experience the least stress at their owners leaving. I understand every animal has its own personality, if they need a lot of interaction I have the time to give that and take them on walks, if they’re more like couch potatoes I can hunker down with a book or movie and hang out with them. If I am staying in your home I believe in leaving places better than I found them and will things clean and tidy.

A typical day
I love to play fetch and go on hikes or go to the river. I like figuring out their personalities and doing fun games that engage their minds. Different dogs have different needs so I may spend more time brushing a long haired dog or hand feeding a shy dog or one with low food drive.
