Pet care experience
I have had at least one pet for all of my 23 years of life! I have two dogs (maltese and golden mix) and a cat at home whom i love dearly. My dogs and I have been going on walks for as long as I’ve had them, and its as much fun for them as it is for me. I started sitting and walking for Rover while studying at UCSC because I really missed my animals, and taking care of and getting to know other people’s pets warmed my heart completely! I’ve pet sat for a number of different dogs, cats, and even fish, all with different needs. Feel free to message me if you need someone to take care of your best friends! My goal is to make them feel as comfortable and loved as they do when you’re around.

Emma did a great job with Holly, our 13 year old lab, Holly. She was punctual, posted pictures, and left the house in great condition. Communication was good, and Holly was well taken care of.
Emma has been the perfect sitter for my dog Bear. I am very picky when it comes to who I trust with my baby but he loves her and is always so well behaved when she comes around so I know I can trust her. She has great communication and is very reliable. I highly recommend her to watch/walk your fur babies.

When caring for your pets, my main priority is their safety and comfort. I’ll be sure that they get enough potty breaks throughout the day and that their water bowls are always filled! I also have experience giving medication to animals and will follow any of your instructions about what works best with ensuring they take it.

Please let me know if your pet has any medications they need to take and how to best administer them because in my experience they can be tricky to give medicine to! Also if they have anything they really enjoy doing, a park they like, their favorite toy, their favorite treats, it would also be good to know.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks, I think its very important for them to get out of the house and get some good exercise every day. My favorite place to take my dogs is the lake or the river but I also like to explore any nearby parks! I also like to play fetch and tug of war or whatever your pup enjoys! My goal is to give them a fun experience while your away.
