Stay @ Home Mom to Puppy Brigade

Pet care experience

My name is Emma and I recently moved to the Palmetto State last July, just a month before giving birth to my first human child, Abram. Our fenced in back yard is large and has a hill for extra exercise oomph! It also comes equipped with tons of awesome throwing sticks ( my dog’s personal favorite) and a bunch of tennis balls for your dogs chasing pleasure! I stay at home with Abram and my fur baby Samoa. So unlike other boarding facility’s where pups are crated most of the day and let out for short times, with me your fur babies can roam and play all day with individual attention and a guaranteed puppy playmate. Samoa is my first born child and she is a 5 year old American Staff/Bassit Hound mix that I rescued when she was 8months old. She came from an abusive and neglectful home and was timid and scared of people when I first got her, but with a lot of love and a TON of special attention and work she is now the most happy go lucky, friendly dog you could meet. She loves other people and LOVES other dogs! If you are looking for a playmate who loves to wrestle and to wear your puppy out, she is the TICKET! I have had at least 1 dog almost my entire life and am a HUGE proponet of rescueing, since I believe every dog just needs the right human to help make them thrive! I would love the opportunity to care for your pets with the same passion that I care for mine! So if you are looking for someone who can be with your fur babies all day and a puppy brigade to roll out the welcome wagon this is the place for you (well...for your pup).

Emma is absolutely amazing! You can tell she loves dogs right away, and they love her right back. She's been taking care of my little fluff ball for a few weeks now, and his separation anxiety is completely gone while my husband and I are at work. Apollo spends the day contently sleeping, eating, and playing instead of trying to get out of his enclosure. If you are in need of someone to watch your fur baby in any manner, look no further than Emma! I know when we go on vacation and he can't come with us, he'll be in the best care with Emma.

When looking for a caregiver for your dog look no further. Emma is lovingly call a dog parent. She doesn’t know how to do anything but love dogs. Emma has experience in taking care or her own dog who suffered from severe anxiety among other issues and has the love and patience to care for your furry friend. I highly recommend Emma give her a try you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t have any breed preferences, since I don’t believe that the breed makes the dog. But I do require that any dog I take in to my home (for daycare and boarding) be both dog and kid friendly. Abram won’t interact with your dog and would always be in a secure area (off the ground or in a secure play pen) but for his safety and my fur children’s, as well as yours, this compatibility must be met. For walks and drop in visits I only ask that they not be agressive.

A typical day

We have a large yard that we love to play in and my crazy pups love to chase sticks, and each other! I also have a chuck it and a ton of tennis balls if that’s your dogs jam!
