My name is Emma C. and I am a 25 year old woman living in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I grew up constantly surrounded by animals - in fact I can't remember a time in my life where I wasn't. I am a true animal lover, have experience fostering dogs and would absolutely love to walk, dog sit, or just hangout with your furry best friend! I am a caring individual and pride myself on my ability to give whatever task I take on my all. If you choose to have me hang with your pooch I guarantee you won't be disappointed :) I work/live right in the city so am flexible for visits/walks, etc. I also have a car so we can go on adventures! I have a boxer named Hank who is a year old and always looking to make a new friend!

Emma kept in touch as needed throught the weekend, asked good questions and came to meet our pup before staying with him. It was nice not to worry about leaving him at home.
Cookie had a great weekend with Emma! Emma is responsible, confident, kind, asks all the right questions, responds quickly to inquiries and subsequent messages and kept in touch about how their days were going. Cookie got lots of exercise and a play in the waves at the beach, so she was good and tired when she came home. I truly believe she misses her new pal and will be happy to see Emma again for another pet-sitting weekend. We highly recommend Emma!
Emma was excellent from our first interaction. She accommodated 2 visits to help Kai transition into her space before leaving her. She asked questions for clarification which was great. Emma was very responsive and communicated effectively. I felt very comfortable leaving Kai in Emma’s care. Thank you Emma!

No breed preferences, I welcome every kind. I would however like to know if there is a history of aggression, etc with the dog. Not that this will deter me from wanting to look after them, it's just good to be prepared.
A typical day
I live right by Fort Needham park so we can head there to play catch in the fenced in ball park, go for a jog and play with the other friendly dogs that visit the park! I have a car so we can head down to Point Pleasant park or out of the city for even more fun adventures! In the summer months I am able to bring your dog to a beach or lake if they enjoy swimming - or on a hike! I have a boxer puppy who absolutely loves other dogs and would be so excited to have a friend to hangout with for a day or two!
