I've had pets all my life, since I was a child. I worked for a local veterinarian for 5 years and I have always loved caring for animals and I want to teach my child the same principles of care. I have cared for others dogs and cats in the past, and I would love to start doing it again.

I would ensure to follow the owner's instructions and guidelines with their animals. I would ensure that their animal is fed, cared for and loved while their owner is away. If there is an emergency or the animal is ill, I would contact the owner right away and create a plan to ensure their dog or cat is cared for appropriately.

Every dog is unique, and it would be helpful to know how the dog generally acts on walks. I would also need to know if they like other dogs, children, other humans, etc. I also would like a general idea on how they feel being in a car and traveling to a spot to walk.
A typical day
Living on the Central Coast there are a lot of options for dogs to explore and walk. I love going to the East/West Ranch or the Dog Beach in Cayucos. Even a doggy play date at the dog park is fun!

I have my own business, which offers me a lot of time and flexibility. I am a single mother, with a very happy toddler, who loves animals and caring for them. We currently have a cat and she loves taking care of her. The flexibility I have, offers the availability for check ins and walking. If you need to schedule a check-in or walk and my calendar does not show "available," please still send me a message and I might have availability to accommodate!
