Emma was not a fit. We were very specific on our needs for Nellie who is a 13 ( almost 14) year old dog who needs someone to be around often. We believe Nellie was left for long periods. After Emma left we looked around the house our found that Nellie have urinated on my guest bed and pillows and Emma never mentioned this to us. Nellie never makes mistakes in the house unless left for long periods. I had given very clear instructions about putting a stopper on the bathroom door so Nellie would get stuck in the bathroom for long periods of time. Emma did not put the stopper in an Nellie was stuck for awhile because she clawed so much she damaged the frame of the door. The door can be easily fit the stress that Nellie went through cannot. I feel terrible that Nellie was that anxious it had never happened before. I will be contacting Rover to suggest not having Emma near other animals. I would never want an owner give there trust to Emma. Very upsetting.
