Lots of communication. Left the house cleaner and tidier than it was when she arrived! Our two pups were happy and clearly loved on when we arrived back home. Emma is a treasure.

If you are looking for a kind, honest, loving, very responsive, caring person to watch your pet. Emma is the best! Can't say enough good things about her. Her care of our 12-year-old rescue Chi-pom, during a recent trip to Europe was outstanding. We never had anyone, but family members watch him while we traveled, because our dog can per a bit aggressive, and very anxious. He doesn’t interact with anyone but family members. I was unsure what we would do to take care of him, during a long trip to Europe with our family members who would have watched our dog traveling with us. Meet Emma back in October 2022 for a meet and greet. Emma was willing to take on the challenge. She came up with a plan, to get our dog to feel more comfortable around her. She felt it would be important to have two separate overnights of a couple days before we left, to work out any bugs, before our long trip of over 10 days and the fact that were out of the country. Great idea, and it worked well. During our long trip, she and our dog had become best buddies, and she shared all these amazing milestones with us via video and photo updates. Our neighbors commented how they had never seen our dog so calm. Emma put me at ease, so I could relax and enjoy my trip. I knew my fur baby was in great hands and adjusting to the situation of us being gone. I am forever grateful to Emma for all she did to make this trip possible. Looking forward to taking more trips again, knowing she is available to give our dog excellent care.
