Pet care experience
We’re a family of 3 (all adore dogs) and a gorgeous black labradoodle. Both myself and my partner have had lots of experience with dogs over our 40+ years and have had the pleasure of living with dogs in our past. We are all nature lovers, avid walkers, love spending time outdoors, explorers and adventurers along with snuggling up for cuddles on the sofa. We’re lucky enough to have a great green space with woodland area just a short walk from our house and another fabulous spot just a 20 minute walk. What with my flexibility working from home running my own small crafting business and full time mum (except when our son is at school) makes for lots of time to dog walk, sit or board. Emma has just looked after my sprocker, Willow. I had never left her before and I was very worried as she is a nervous dog and can guard her toys. Emma was absolutely fantastic introducing Willow to her dog and knew exactly what to do for them to build a lovely relationship where Willow felt safe. I was so happy to see how well willow got along with her dog and how happy she was with all the lovely photos and updates Emma sent me. I am so happy to have found a loving and safe place for willow to go to, thank you again for being amazing!

Emma and family did a great job of looking after our dog Hugo. Despite them all being ill she didn’t let us down which meant our holiday went ahead and we really appreciated that. We received regular updates about how he was getting on and we were confident he was in good hands. She was great with communication and clearly knows dogs well.
Emma and family looked after Olive really well, as shown by the happy photos she regularly sent during the visit. It was so kind of her to keep in touch and really put our minds at rest that she was safe and happy. We’ll definitely be rebooking!

A typical day
Lots of cuddles, fun, being followed around by pooches, games, walks and rest when needed. I always spend a good chunk of time settling them in and take lots of snaps for keeping you informed!

Availability
We spend lots of time at home and in our garden or out and about in nature. Bar running errands, school runs and hospital appointments were pretty much home! Weekends are more out and about when I’m doing craft fairs but the boys are home or out for short periods swimming or at the park kicking a ball around.
