I’m very disappointed, but I want to be fair. Emma came each day and took out the Golden Retriever. She put down clean training pads when needed and put down the blanket for the Yorkie when I asked. She also sent a picture of a notice we received which she didn’t have to do. The Yorkie wasn’t having it the first day and he wouldn’t let her take him out or change his doggie diaper. I thought she would try to take him out on day 2, but she didn’t. She changed the wrap which was fine, but I still wanted him to go outside. I didn’t push the issue though so I’m not really complaining about that. I am complaining about the fact that I saw her on camera dragging the Golden Retriever into the kitchen and into the bathroom. She also closed the Golden Retriever in the bathroom; that was very concerning to see. Yes, I left instructions to keep them separate when feeding them, but that didn’t mean shutting them inside the bathroom. I also noticed she barely said much to the dogs and just seemed like caring for them was an inconvenience; she seemed very uninterested. What has me livid is the fact that we came back home on the third day, and I noticed the Yorkie reeked of urine. When I took off his doggie diaper, his entire back was soaked in urine. I wish I would’ve take photos but I took him straight to the tub. I reviewed the camera and not only did Emma neglect to take out the Yorkie, she also failed to change his doggie diaper wrap on the morning of her third visit. I also saw the Yorkie at the door wanting to go out, but Emma missed this and didn’t make any attempts to take him outside. I’ll also say Emma didn’t notice the camera right away, but when she noticed it, there was a change in the way she dealt with the dogs. Instead of her locking the Golden Retriever inside the bathroom, she used commands to keep them separated during their feeding. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with the service received.

Emma did an amazing job taking care of our cats, she had great communication during her visits and kept us updated every time she was at our house. Would definitely book again!
