Hello, my name is Emma B. and I am a recent graduate of the Muskie school of Public Service in Portland, Maine where I earned a master's degree in public policy. As of recently, I moved to San Diego to live with my family for a few months as I try to figure out my next chapter in life. I have been working with pets ever since I started working in the child care field for about 12 years now. Not only would I babysit or nanny children, but I would also be responsible for their pets- mostly dogs and cats. During the last semester of my undergraduate career at the University of Southern Maine, I was an intern at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland. My responsibilities varied but I spent half of the day working with dogs in the morning and then with cats in the afternoon. I enjoyed my experience so much that I ended up adopting a beagle for my parents! I have experience with feeding; cleaning; walking; and sitting for both dogs and cats.
