I am pretty good about understanding animal body language as it is something I deal with daily in my every day job. But it is helpful to know situations in which I should be careful, for example, how your dog or cat typically reacts to people and/or other animals, for the safety of your pet and me! I strongly encourage meet-and-greets with your pet prior to caring for your pet with you present so that your pet can become accustomed to me prior to spending time alone, or entering your home without you there. This can help prevent stressful situations for your pet.

I love to play fetch with dogs and talk them for long walks or even swimming! I think walks and play time are very important for pets.
