I've been dog sitting for over 6 years via the rover app! I've had my own soft coated wheaten terrier, Addie, for 13 years until she passed in 2021. I miss her terribly, and pet sitting has been such an enriching asset to my life living in the city. I'd love to take care of your dog and give them the same TLC that Addie and my current clients get. This includes but of course is not limited to: play time, snuggling up on the couch, walks to the park, treats and praise, adventures around East Village, and sharing my bed during sleepovers. I have experience with dogs that have strict meal and bathroom schedules, fears of fireworks and loud noises, dogs with anxiety, and dogs that need to be given daily medication. I also have have cared for puppies, rescue dogs with extreme fears/ anxieties, dogs with aggression towards other dogs, and senior dogs with hearing and vision issues. If your dog needs some extra attention in areas like this, just let me know! I always say there's no such thing as too much information regarding your pet. The more I know, the more comfortable their booking will be! It doesn't matter if your dog is an adventurous one with loads of energy or an older furry friend, I'd love to meet them!
