Pet care experience
SEPTEMBER 8TH IS MY BDAY NOT AVAILABLE. I previously volunteered at the Iowa City Animal Shelter giving me experience with both cats and dogs (mainly cats). I have 3 cats of my own and 2 chinchillas that I care for. I have dog sat in the past for my cousin’s Mini Aussie, Coco and have worked with my friend’s families German Shepherd as well. I have also sat my friends conure.

Emina is the best!
Emina was so sweet and sent us picture and videos to let us know how our kitties were doing. Our shy cat Lola even came downstairs to see her! And Emina took the time to play with our very crazy 5 month old kitten. I highly recommend booking with Emina!

Please let me know what your cat specifically needs and the best way to administer medication if they take any. It is also important to know if your cat is ok with other dogs/cats/kids and things to avoid doing/giving your cat. I want to ensure the upmost safety for those around us, myself, and your cat. I do not tolerate dangerous aggressive behavior so being upfront & honest is appreciated. Same goes for dogs
A typical day
Depending on the cat we could do some clicker training! I can also bring lots of fun toys. I know that some cats love to go on walks too. So if you do that with your cat regularly I am more than happy to have that as a part of their day. I can also de-shed your cat if wanted. I’m always down for just keeping your cat company without much interference too. As for Dogs I am more than happy to take them to their favorite dog park or on a walk in your neighborhood or trail.

I am a UI graduate who majored in Criminology, Law, and Justice. I work full time at UIHC. My availability is anytime before 2:30pm and after 11pm. I am also open on the weekends.
