Since I was a child, I had always been naturally drawn to animals. I grew up around and owning a variety of different breeds. During high school, I fostered lots of dogs and puppies from a non-profit organization. I have been fortunate enough to raise four dogs of my own from the time they were eight weeks old. Throughout that time, I have not stopped researching and learning as much as I could. I have an intermediate level of knowledge on dog body language. I have excellent veterinary references. I am dedicated to pet sitting full-time. My entire day revolves around caring for the dogs and the few classes I take each semester in college. I have a large, fully fenced yard in which I am now setting up two play areas on the grass surrounded by play pens. There will be one area for small dogs and another for large dogs. This is useful to facilitate group play sessions in dogs that get along, supervision, safety, and cleanliness. There is a doggy/baby gate placed between the kitchen/family room and the dining/formal living room which restricts the dogs from getting to the front door. The poop in the yard is picked up at least twice a day and the house is cleaned daily. The dogs' beds are maintained fresh throughout their stay and their bowls are washed every day or every other day.
