Pet care experience
Your dog will feel right at home when he or she stays with us! My husband and I both had many pets growing up and are looking to babysit to get some extra cash flow, and get that joy and love that only a dog can bring to a home. We would love to have the opportunity to have your little one stay with us for a fun-filled, playful night! Walks, runs, laughter and lots of playing will always be in-stock when your dog stays with us. We have a two bedroom apartment in the OKC area that has enough room for two small to medium size dogs or one large breed dog. I have experience with puppies, older dogs and dogs that require daily medication. Whatever the need, we can do it! If you're interested, please call or drop us an email. About this sitter: Current owner of a Terrier Mix, Cooper! Previous owner of a late Afghan Hound. I love anything that barks and wags it's tail. I would love to have a friend for Cooper to play with for as long as you need! I've been watching other people's dogs since I was about 12, and have been doing it ever since just for extra spending cash. I love running and being outside, so I always try to incorporate your dog in that active lifestyle. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. My family always had a dog growing up, and our last Afghan Hound was my baby. He passed after 14 wonderful years! I have watched dogs for friends and family since I was 12. I've watched 2 Wheaten Terriers, a Boston Terrier, 2 Boxers and another set of Wheaten Terriers. Each experience has been unique and wonderful, and something I always look forward too. Meet my pets I have a Terrier mix named Cooper. He is about 25 lbs and gets along with all dog types. He loves to play and would love to have company! About my yard We do not have a backyard, but I always go to the dog park and go on long walks, runs and hikes! My experience administering medication I feel very comfortable administering medication. Just be specific about what your pooch likes as a treat after!

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I generally take dogs on walks around my neighborhood. If it's too hot, I make sure to bring water and keep it short. But if it's a nice day, I like to go to parks and see what fun we can find there. Your dog's sleeping arrangement I'm comfortable letting a dog sleep wherever they are most comfortable. If they want to sleep in bed with me, on the couch, or on their favorite blanket with their favorite toy. Whatever makes them feel at home. Time I'll spend with your dog I generally spend 1 hour before work with your dog(s) including a walk and feed, and then I spend my entire night with them when I get home from work! At night I usually take them for a walk or run in the evening and then play the rest of the night.

Availability
I work full time from 8a-4p but have every Thursday off and every other weekend off as well. Your dog will get the attention they need from us when we are home and on our weekends off. They will never be left alone for more than 4-6 hours.
