I grew up in Maine with two dogs and now have a three year old border collie mix, Shasta, who I adopted from the humane society in Reno. I am a PhD student at UNR but live in Stateline so my dog has more access to the outdoors. We love to go on hikes and go to the lake and would love to take your dog along! I'm happy to take care of your dog alone or if they like other dogs they can try to outrun my border collie :) Shasta is an important part of my family so I understand how important your dog is to you and will love them like my own and send lots of updates while you are away!
