Caring for animals has been my passion ever since i was a little girl. I am a Approved Veterinary Assistant and i have worked in Veterinary Practice. I have been employed at a dog rescue for 5 years now, where we also take care of boarding dogs. My duties are taking dogs out potty, making sure they are fed and have plenty of water, administering medications, taking them for play times and giving them fresh blankets and toys every day. I also help out in our veterinary clinic that is on sight. Duties there include drawling blood, giving vaccines, assisting with surgery, running our lab equipment, restraining for exams, making sure all the dogs receive flea/tick and heartworm medication. I also groom the rescue dogs they are ready for their forever home. I work with dogs of all ages. Any special needs.
