Emily took care of our pets for two weeks while we were gone on vacation. While the pets are ok, doesn’t seem like they cared for pet related things in an acceptable matter. Insulin needles were placed in the regular garbage, when there’s a separate bag where they are disposed (I bring them to proper disposal when it’s filled). Our cat wet food bowl has leftover food all over the floor (unfortunately I couldn’t attach a photo of it), like it was never cleaned. The litter box room and all around it had litter ALL over the floor. I don’t need them to clean my house, we do have a housekeeper but while away they didn’t come, we thought it wouldn’t be needed. We do have a cordless Dyson and it’d take them two minutes to vacuum affluent the litter box every three days or so, from the 30 minutes they stayed. I don’t need their fur and stuff vacuumed, but leaving the floor full of litter for two weeks is extremely gross and unsanitary. This was not done for TWO weeks. Also, the animal puked in our cloth chair, there was no attempt to clean to avoid staining. They do not take care of your pet related things, just the pets. Littler mess that was dragged by the kitties claws, vomit, spilled food, nothing of it will be addressed. It’s a shame. I’d be embarrassed to leave a house like that after being hired to care for the pets. Like I said, I don’t need my house cleaned, but just like if I have a babysitter I’d expect her to clean after my child the same comes with the pets. We had pet sitter before and they always made sure the animals mess was cleaned after.

Emily was incredible with Neylan. Neylan warmed up to her immediately and Emily made sure that I was up to date throughout the whole visit with pictures, constant communication and reassurance that she was taken care of. I would absolutely book Emily again!
