Emily is lovely, but she didn’t gave updates about my dog. It was the first time she took care of her, and we had to be asking for updates. That situation creates anxiety about what was happening with our pet.

Nunca se comunicó conmigo durante la estadía de mi perro. Se me hizo muy difícil conseguirla para que me contara sobre cómo estaba mi perro y lo único que dijo fue “todo bien” sin entrar en detalles. No me parece que hizo un esfuerzo para dar un buen servicio.

We can go for walks, play with some toys. If the owner ask for the Pet to take a shower, we would do that also.
