I had used Emily one time in the past for drop-in visits with my 2 kitties and everything seemed to go very well, but this time was different. My cats need to be fed wet food 2 times per day so she was supposed to drop-in at 9 am and 5 pm. Well she showed up the first day and then Saturday rolls around and she did not know my roommate would be coming home. well long story short there were 4 more cans of food than should have been left in the bag on Saturday evening at 7pm meaning she had not been there the whole day. My roommate fed them. She showed up the next day still not knowing about my roommate and got rid of the remaining cans, so that I wouldn’t know she didn’t come. I am very disappointed. I love my kitties and trusted her with them, but I won’t again.

My dogs seemed happy when I picked them up. But upon further inspection, the blankets in my puppy's crate were soaked with pee, something he will only do if you ignore his whining for quite a while in the morning. Both of my dogs drank like I've never seen them drink when I got them home, and my puppy had multiple accidents in the house which he hadn't done in months. Also, I pre-packaged the exact number of meals my dogs would need while they were there, and when I unpacked the stuff I left with her I noticed that my older dog had one left, meaning at some point he wasn't fed one of his meals. Also, her profile says she doesn't have a dog and she has a fenced in yard. She doesn't own a dog, but she does live with a room mate that does, and she doesn't have have a fenced in yard. Her whole complex is fenced in, but that includes the parking lots/roads within the complex.
